HSBC Bank Malta has announced the appointment of Charlotte Cilia as its new Executive Director.

The appointment follows the departure of Michel Cordina.

She later rejoined HSBC in 2018 as Chief Accounting Officer and Deputy CFO, before being appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in December 2020.

Beyond her executive role at HSBC Bank Malta, Ms Cilia is also a Director on the Board of HSBC Life Assurance (Malta) Ltd.
