Christopher Gauci appointed General Manager at Quintano Foods Ltd

Christopher Gauci has taken on a new role as General Manager at Quintano Foods Ltd, bringing more than a decade of senior management experience across the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), hospitality and HoReCa sectors.

Mr Gauci joins the company after serving as Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Michael Debono Ltd, a position he held from January 2025 until October 2026.

Prior to this, he spent more than four years as COO at Maypole Group, where he worked between November 2020 and February 2025.

His professional background also includes nearly six years as General Manager at Gulf Bagel Factory LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, between February 2015 and November 2020.

Throughout his career, Mr Gauci has gained experience working with international companies, developing expertise in business strategy, operations management, negotiation and market planning.

His professional experience also extends to people development and coaching, sales growth, market research and new product development (NPD).

Mr Gauci holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Business School.

His appointment marks a return to a General Manager position, following several years in senior operational leadership roles within Malta's business sector.
