CapServices Malta has announced the promotion of Daniel Bezzina as Managing Director of the company.

Making the announcement through its LinkedIn page, the company shared that throughout his time at CapServices Malta, Mr Bezzina has demonstrated strong leadership and vision, driving its mission forward in the corporate services sector.

“We are confident that under his guidance, CapServices will continue to grow and succeed,” it wrote while wishing him luck in his role.

Mr Bezzina joined CapServices in January 2024 as Financial Controller. During his past two roles he held leadership positions. Prior to joining CapServices he worked as Finance Manager at Quazar and before that as Client Accounting Manager at Ascertic Corporate Services.

Furthermore he also served as Senior Accountant at Credents, Audit Assistant and Senior at KPMG Malta and UK branches and Junior Trader at OIA Services Ltd, among others.

In 2015, he earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Insurance and later a Master of Accounts and Accounting from University of Malta.

Later he was given a Professional Award in Taxation from the Malta Institute of Taxation, got certified in Anti-Money Laundering and Funding of Terrorism from LEAD Training Services and completed a Maltese Tax Module from the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

CapServices Limited is a boutique company service provider (CSP), established in 2017 and registered with the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA).

The company conducts compnay incorporation, the provision of a company Secretary, provision of Company directorship and the provision of a registered office or business address. Furthermore it performs ancillary administration services, such as bookkeeping and secretarial services.
