Edward Midolo has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Catena Media, the online lead generation company announced on Tuesday.

Prior to his newest role, Mr Midolo had worked at Catena Media for close to six years, most recently as Vice President of Systems Technology, a position he held for almost two years.

“For the last six years, Edward [Mr Midolo] has driven tech innovation within the company and industry and provided stellar leadership,” Catena Media stated.

His previous positions at the company include Group Head of Central Technology and Head of Technical Operations. In those positions, he led the centralisation and optimisation of the technology services and platforms across the group.

“We are so excited for this next chapter of his Catena journey,” the company affirmed.

Additionally, Mr Midolo also has experience working at global payment processor and ecommerce provider CCBill for three years in various roles, including Manager of Application Services (Europe). He was also Infrastructure Engineer at online gaming operator Gamesys Network Ltd and Application Support Associate at GO plc, both for more than three years each.

His prior experience also includes working in a number of analysis and IT administration roles at other companies.

Mr Midolo holds a National Diploma in Infrastructure from the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology (MCAST). He describes himself as being passionate about “delivering innovative and reliable systems solutions” that allow companies to achieve their strategic goals and vision.
