Valletta-based law firm Fenech & Fenech Advocates announced long-standing employee Katrina Zammit Cuomo’s appointment to the post of Director of Litigation Services.

Established in 1891, Fenech & Fenech Advocates is one of Malta’s oldest law firms. The company boasts expertise in all fields of law and is regarded as one of Malta’s leading shipping law firms, housing four distinct departments dedicated to the matter.

Fenech & Fenech Advocates is also home to the one of the oldest tax departments on the island as well as practices in aviation law, ICT, iGaming, and eCommerce, amongst other things.

Ms Zammit Cuomo has been employed with the firm for around 20 years – since 2002 – and obtained a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2008. A year later, she became a warranted Legal Procurator.

“In 2011, [Ms Zammit Cuomo] took on the role of Legal Procurator for the entire firm,” Fenech & Fenech Advocates wrote on social media.

“Over the course of her professional career and throughout her 20 years of service with Fenech & Fenech Advocates, she has been heavily involved in the management and operative systems relevant to litigation services,” the firm concluded.
