Mr Borg joined EPG after having gained extensive experience working in risk and internal audit roles at different organisations, including a leading local insurance company and the Maltese financial services regulator.

The Head of Risk also boasts extensive experience working in advisory services with a Big Four firm within international multi-national set-ups.

“EPG is committed towards building a business set-up that places regulatory compliance first, and as a result, welcomes the investment being undertaken in the areas of risk and AML,” Executive Board Director and CFO Roberto Migliozzi said.

Mr Migliozzi also noted that he recognises ‘the importance of having top talent in the organisation at a time when the human element is key towards achieving company objectives.’
