Aviaserve has announced the appointment of Gordon Scerri as its new Head of Finance, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in financial leadership across a wide range of sectors including iGaming, manufacturing, fintech, biotech, education, and audit and assurance.

Mr Scerri has held several senior roles throughout his career, demonstrating a strategic approach to finance and a strong track record in operational oversight, change management, and tax optimisation. His expertise has enabled organisations to streamline financial processes and align their operations with long-term growth strategies.

He began his career at Ernst & Young, qualifying in 2009, and has since gained significant insight into global business practices and financial governance. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Mr Scerri is recognised for his commitment to professional development and financial excellence.

In his new role at Aviaserve, Mr Scerri will be tasked with overseeing the company’s financial strategy and ensuring sound financial planning aligned with the organisation’s broader objectives. His performance-driven mindset and understanding of industry trends are expected to play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting Aviaserve’s growth and innovation goals.
