On Tuesday, Chief HR Officer at Betsson Group, Lena Nordin announced the promotion of Graziella Pace to HR Business Lead for the Global Product Function at the company.

“This is a significant milestone, reflecting Ms Pace’s outstanding contributions, and leadership,” Ms Nordin wrote on LinkedIn.

In her new role, Ms Pace will oversee the HR strategy and initiatives for the global product function, ensuring that the teams are supported as they innovate and deliver results.

She has been “an integral part of the Betsson family” since 2014. Since then, her roles have spanned from Shared Service Manager to HR Manager, HRBP, Senior HRBP, and now the lead role.

“This progression showcases her versatility, professionalism, and unwavering dedication. I think we can all agree that her positivity is contagious,” Ms Nordin continued.

She described Ms Pace as a role model with passion, business knowledge, and steadfast support, making her “an invaluable asset” to the team.

Commenting on the appointment, Ms Pace thanked Ms Nordin while noting how much she has learned throughout the years.

Ms Pace has a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development from the University of Leicester.

On LinkedIn, she describes herself as being skilled in negotiation, employment law, onboarding, organisational development, recruiting, employee relations, and change management, among others.
