Malta-headquartered iGaming affiliate KaFe Rocks Group has appointed Fiona Valenzia and Kurt Paris as Head of People and Head of Engineering, respectively.

Founded in 2018, KaFe Rocks is a remote-working company providing users with a global portfolio of informative websites, localised content, and data set to help consumers around the world make informed choices.

Ms Valenzia has over 10 years of experience as an HR professional within the payments and gaming industry. As Head of People, she is set to be an integral part of the company’s senior management team and will have the opportunity to shape KaFe Rocks moving forward.

“I’m enthusiastic to have joined KaFe Rocks and to be part of its unified global culture where employees are engaged, motivated, and really want to build successful careers,” the Head of People said.

KaFe Rocks noted that Ms Valenzia and Mr Paris’ additions will help ‘scale the company towards its rapidly expanding market opportunity and strengthen its presence in the US market through the usbetting.org and uscasinos.com brands’.

Mr Paris has over 16 years of experience in software engineering, primarily within the finance and iGaming industries.

KaFe Rocks aims to build scalable technologies that provide the engine for the business. The team currently maintains a portfolio of over 40 websites across more than 20 markets and covers the online casino, sports betting, and trading verticals.

“Over the last couple of months, we’re thrilled to have added some exceptionally strong experience into the People and Technology departments of KaFe Rocks. In Ms Valenzia and Mr Paris, we bring in two professionals teeming with ideas, vision and experience, whilst they will also add massive cultural impact during their time here,” KaFe Rocks CEO Simon Pilkington said.
