Klikk Finance plc has announced the appointment of Sandro Gauci as a Non-Executive Director following an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on 7th February.

The appointment, which was approved by the company’s shareholder during the meeting, marks a significant addition to Klikk Finance’s board of directors.

According to a company announcement, Mr Gauci is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the electronics and telecommunications industries, with a strong track record in leading sales teams.

He currently oversees GO plc’s consumer sales channels, including retail, resellers, telesales, and online operations, in addition to managing internet and mobile device procurement. His expertise in driving sales performance and business growth is expected to bring valuable insights to Klikk Finance. He holds an MBA from Henley Business School.

During the EGM, shareholders also approved the replacement of the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association with a newly adopted version. The updated documents will be submitted to the Malta Business Registry for registration and will soon be available on the company’s Investor Relations website.
