Employers are encouraged to embed sustainability and digitalisation into their core business strategies. Enhancing infrastructure and policy engagement

Employers should advocate for and participate in the modernisation of infrastructure, focusing on renewable energy systems, digital connectivity, and sustainable transport solutions. Engaging in public-private partnerships and stakeholder forums will ensure that business perspectives are integrated into policy development. This collaborative approach will facilitate cohesive implementation of green and digital initiatives, aligning with national and EU-level goals.
