Kevin Psaila, a long-standing employee at Lija-based Fexserv Fund Services, has been promoted to Director of the company.

Fexserv Fund Services took to social media to announce the appointment.

“[Mr Psaila] joined Fexserv in 2015 following extensive experience in the fund industry both locally and abroad,” the company wrote.

“He eventually took over the Operation Manager role in 2018 and has continuously worked hard with the team to continue being the partner or clients need,” it continued.

At the start of his Fexserv journey, Mr Psaila served as a Senior Fund Accountant for just under three years.

“Such an executive appointment reconfirms the group’s ability and commitment to develop inhouse talent and comes having considered [Mr Psaila’s] knowledge, years of excellent service, enthusiasm, and loyalty,” Fexserv Fund Services concluded.

Before joining the company, the newly appointed Director had served as a Senior Accountant at Abacus and Assistant Manager at PwC Malta.

Founded in 2008, Fexserv Fund Services is a recognised fund administrator by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) as well as a Member of the Malta Funds Industry Association (MFIA) and FinanceMalta.

Fexserv Fund Services is part of Alpine Group – a local conglomerate founded back in 1967 by Chairman Tony Zahra.

Currently, Alpine Group is comprised of the following companies: NuBis Centre, Alpha Projects, Leaseplant, Octavo, Fexserv Financial Services, Bastion Wealth, ITC International Pensions, Fexserv Fund Services, The Gift Voucher Shop, Comtec Services, Alpine Rent-A-Car, and Alpine Travel.
