Malcolm Falzon has been appointed Company Secretary at Mizzi Organisation Finance plc following Kevin Caruana’s resignation from the same role, effective from 1st February 2022.

The company’s Board of Directors thanked Mr Caruana ‘for his loyalty and commitment to Mizzi Organisation Finance for the past years of service.’

A member of the Malta Institute of Accountants, Mr Caruana first joined one of the Mizzi Organisation subsidiaries, Festa Ltd (later renamed Mizzi Lease Ltd) back in 1992. Over the years, he worked his way up, occupying a plethora of roles including Assistant Group Chief Accountant, Assistant Head of Corporate Services, and Group Company Secretary.

Mr Caruana will be retaining the role of Company Secretary for all other companies forming part of Mizzi Organisation.

Dr Falzon is a Partner at local law firm Camilleri Preziosi. His areas of specialisation include capital markets, corporate, M&A, insurance, and gaming law.
