Marco Bugelli has joined ARQ Group as Head of Corporate.
ARQ Group provides corporate and advisory services. It integrates professionals from different disciplines – lawyers, accountants and tax specialists – working together to deliver solutions for companies.
“I am looking forward to working with colleagues across the group, contributing to its continued growth and building on the strong foundations already in place. An exciting new chapter, with plenty of opportunities ahead,” Mr Bugelli said.
Mr Bugelli has several years of experience in management and director roles in companies working in corporate services, finance and tax.
Since 2020, he has been responsible for the management of the finance, administration and compliance functions at Chasophie Group, a single family office. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Vistra Malta for almost nine years, after serving as Senior Manager at Deloitte.
