Salvo Grima Group announced that Andrew Azzopardi will be moving on from his position as General Manager (GM) of No. 12 Fine Wines & Provisions to set up his own local wine business.

Owned by the Salvo Grima Group, No. 12 Fine Wines & Provisions delivers fine wines and liquors to super-yachts across the Mediterranean.

“We thank Andrew for his work as part of Salvo Grima’s senior management over the past ten years, especially for his valuable work at the helm of No. 12,” the group wrote on social media.

“While we are sorry that he is leaving, we wish him well in his new ventures,” it continues.

Mr Azzopardi joined No. 12 as GM back in 2013. Throughout his tenure, he was in charge of the company’s brand awareness and development, sales, negotiation, and supply chain management, amongst other things.

“Thank you, Salvo Grima Group, for supporting me in my new business venture,” the outgoing GM wrote on social media.

“I will still be involved in No. 12 until the end of January,” he concluded.
