Mariner Shipping, a specialist operator of seaport container terminals which falls under the shipping and logistics arm of Hili Company, has acquired Tubeline Ltd, a freight forwarding company specialised in air freight, international and domestic express courier services, customs brokerage and project cargo.

Karl Naudi, Managing Director at Mariner Shipping, commented on the acquisition, saying “We are very excited to welcome Tubeline’s customers, employees and partners to our company and brand.”

The acquisition of Tubeline is yet another string in our bow, strengthening our service offering and widening our market reach. Tubeline was founded by Michel Licari, who has run the company for over four decades, and who had also originally established DHL in Malta.
