Patrick Hulsen has been appointed Chair at Vistage Malta, where he will be responsible for leading an in-person peer advisory board aimed at growth-minded CEOs, founders, and managing directors seeking to strengthen their decision-making and leadership capabilities.

Based in Valletta, the role will see him facilitate confidential sessions designed to foster collaboration, accountability, and problem-solving among senior business leaders. He writes that articipants will benefit from peer-to-peer discussions, one-to-one executive coaching, and access to Vistage’s global network of over 45,000 CEOs and experts.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Mr Hulsen brings more than 30 years of international experience across corporates, start-ups, scale-ups, and SMEs, having worked in sectors such as IT, communications, healthcare, energy, and education technology.

He began his career at L’Oréal, where he held roles as Finance Controller and Brand Manager, before founding and leading a company specialising in the import of luxury food products. In 2004, he established Daintel, a healthcare IT firm that was later acquired by Cambio Healthcare Systems in 2019.

Following the acquisition, he joined the Cambio Group as a Critical Care Evangelist and later served as an external consultant. In 2023, he became Managing Director of Supercharger Ventures Malta, contributing to the development of early-stage EdTech ventures.
