Fenech & Fenech Advocates has announced the appointment of Rebecca Diacono as Partner.
Dr Diacono joined Fenech & Fenech Advocates in 2014 as a Trainee Associate within the Tax and Immigration Law Department. After completing her Bachelor of Laws and Doctor of Laws degrees at the University of Malta, she was admitted to the bar in 2017.
Her academic journey includes the Malta Institute of Taxation’s Professional Certificate in Taxation and a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Services.
Her areas of specialisation include group restructuring, domestic and international taxation, cross-border structures, and international tax planning.
Additionally, she provides comprehensive guidance on private wealth matters, supporting high-net-worth individuals with relocation to Malta, tax compliance, immigration, and succession planning.
She is now currently reading for a Masters in Financial Services at the University of Malta.
