Charles Pace, Director General for Civil Aviation at Transport Malta, took to social media to reflect on the world’s gradual return to live business events.
Earlier this month, Mr Pace attended the Monaco Yacht Show – a leading superyacht show enabling visitors to network and meet with other leading industry experts.
“I am back on the rock after attending the Monaco Yacht Show. It was my first ‘live’ event in a while and it was so refreshing,” Mr Pace reflected.
“The cautious optimism was very evident, and everyone was eager to get back to normal. I would like to thank my maritime counterpart and the Transport Malta staff who assisted the aviation participants on the stand,” he continued.
Mr Pace has been working at Transport Malta since 2013 and took on his current role at the company in 2016.
The Monaco Yacht Show also showcases a hand-picked selection of companies with ties to yachting and luxury markets, such as superyacht builders and designers, yacht brokers, and providers of tenders.
“It was great to see the Malta Flag on so many yachts and jets. A special thanks to our law firms, consultants, and service providers who participated and continued to attract new business to the island,” Mr Pace concluded.
