KDM Investments Limited has appointed Steffi De Martino as Deputy Chairperson, with the move forming part of the group’s ongoing succession and restructuring plans.

Ms De Martino, daughter of Chairman and Founder Kenneth De Martino, has been involved in the group’s strategic direction in recent years and will now support the executive leadership team at board level.

KDM Investments’ portfolio spans several sectors, including G4S Security Services, airport ground handling through Aviaserve and Aviaworks, mobility services such as ctPark, ctCharge and Whizascoot, and travel brands under the Top 3 Travel cluster, which includes FCM, Stellina’s Holidays, Travel Mall and more.

Her appointment coincides with a wider consolidation process that brings together the group’s previously separate investments under a unified corporate structure. The reorganisation is aimed at streamlining governance and positioning the group for future growth.

Speaking about her new role, Ms De Martino said it comes at “a pivotal time in KDM’s journey” and highlighted her focus on building on the company’s legacy while supporting its long-term strategy.

Mr De Martino, described the appointment as an important step in its succession plans, noting that Steffi’s leadership and strategic input will be central to guiding the company through its next phase of growth.
