Joseph Farrugia

StreetHR Director Joseph Farrugia took to social media to reflect on this issue whilst celebrating the launch of his company’s brand-new recruitment platform: Headliners.

“It is now time to change how recruitment is done! At StreetHR, we are now setting the pace for a totally new way of hiring best talent. Don’t you think it’s time for a change?,” the Director wrote.

Mr Farrugia went on to describe how ‘Headliners’ is set to offer Hiring Managers “huge time savings” and access to a selection of “vetted, specialised professionals” that are open to new opportunities.

On the other hand, he noted that jobseekers may use the platform to “anonymously find the best jobs without risking anything or sending their CVs to endless vacancies.”

Aside from this recruitment platform, StreetHR works with clients to help empower their team, improve their customer experience, and strengthen their organisation ‘from the inside out’.

Mr Farrugia has stood at the company’s helm since its foundation in 2015. Before that, he served as a Freelance Associate HR Consultant and Trainer at Mdina International Ltd, as HR Manager – Dealer Standards at Gasan Enterprises Ltd, and as Training Manager at Mizzi Motors Ltd, amongst other positions.
