On Monday (today), ECMeetings Malta and Portugal announced the appointment of Thomas Naudi as its Director of Business Development and Sales.

“His passion for turning ideas into reality, combined with his keen eye for detail and client satisfaction makes him a valuable addition to our team,” the company wrote.

Mr Naudi has ample experience in the tourism and event management industries. Before joining ECMeetings, he worked at SIT Malta – Special Interest Travel, first as Business Development Manager and then progressing to General Manager.  

Furthermore, he also held roles such as Team-Building Event Coordinator, Activity Manager and Assistant Programme Coordinator, among others.

He is also a marketing graduate, having earned a degree with honours from University of Malta.

Outside of work, Mr Naudi is a father, avid traveller, fitness enthusiast and football player who enjoys hiking and exploring new places.

The company notes that with his positive energy and creative approach, it is “confident that he will play a key role in driving success.”

ECMeetings is a destination management company (DMC) that offers event management services from its offices in Malta and Portugal. It has also been certified as Quality Assured DMC in Malta, a voluntary scheme set up by the Malta Tourism Authority (MTA), which acknowledges DMCs that demonstrate professionalism, consistency and quality.
