Franklyn Brincat has some encouraging words as the end of pride month draws near.

Franklyn Brincat, Head of HR, Training & Facilities at Genesis Global Ltd has shared a powerful message about diversity, inclusion and equality, as pride month comes to a close.
“In the face of growing homophobia and intolerance, Genesis reiterates its commitment to all present and future team members across all of its locations: You will always be welcome and valued for who you are, we’re your ally,” he writes.
Sharing a post by the igaming firm on social media, Mr Brincat emphasises the company’s show of solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ community.
“At Genesis, we do not believe in pinkwashing and our commitment to the community goes well beyond the month of June,” it says, describing itself as “an equal opportunity employer” that “ensure[s] that everyone, regardless of their sexual or gender orientation, is treated fairly and with dignity.”
