Dollsy Darmanin, a veteran in the local HR sector, has joined Paola-based VF Group as Group Head of HR.

Ms Darmanin’s latest appointment follows a six-month stint as HR Director at db Group Malta, although her experience in the industry goes further back.

From 2007 until 2010, she served as Head of HR at the Corinthia Hotel St George’s Bay. After that, she held similar roles at Mizzi Motors Ltd and Playmobil.

In 2016, she joined Vodafone Malta as Director of HR and Property, before moving on to Hili Ventures Limited in 2019 for a two-year stint as Director of HR.

Founded in 1976, VF Group operates leading businesses in fashion retail, clothing manufacturing, uniformity, outdoor media, and real estate development.

The group’s fashion retail division carries a portfolio of globally renowned brands, such as Hugo Boss, Samsonite, and Sarto, featuring major brands such as Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino, Tom Ford & Jimmy Choo, amongst others.
