On Wednesday (today), Ammar Soltan celebrated a new milestone as healthy food chain eeetwell opened its second outlet in Libya.

“Every store opening is special, but watching eeetwell continue to grow in Tripoli, a city so close to my heart, fills me with immense pride and gratitude,” he wrote.

The outlet, located at Ghout Al Shaal, has opened at Shorouq Gym and Spa, a space dedicated to fitness, wellness, and community, sharing the same values of eeetwell, Mr Soltan said.

“By setting up in a gym, we’re creating a convenient destination for those who value health from the inside out, making it easier than ever for members to refuel with nutritious meals that support their goals,” he continued.

Mr Soltan thanked the company’s partners, team and customers, stating: “Here’s to continuing this journey together and to many more exciting openings to come!”

Mr Soltan arrived in Malta from Libya on a one-way trip with €100 to his name. Since then, he has gone from hauling bags of cement on construction sites to leading eeetwell, the international health food brand he created in 2015. Now the business has expanded to multiple stores locally and a total of 27 stores worldwide.
