Prior to her newest position, she was Sales Operations Director at Malta-based consulting firm Bradford Jacobs for over two years. Ms Kristovska departed the company earlier this year, having been informed that it is downsizing, an announcement that “came as a surprise” to her.

Her experience also includes more than nine years at software solutions provider GFI Software, where she worked in various sales-related roles, as well as over a year as Head of Sales at M. Demajo Group. Ms Kristovska was also Sales Coordinator for Baltic States at UK-based Premier Farnell.

She describes herself as particularly skilled in lead qualification, negotiation, relationship development and customer service, among other areas.
