RSM Malta has announced the appointment of Fabianne Ruggier as Director of RSM Malta within its Next Gen Advisory team, starting from 1st July 2021.
Ms Ruggier boasts over 18 years of professional experience, having spearheaded national policy and public-private alliances in the public sector earlier in her career, going on to join a private multi-national and introducing global programmes in Malta.
Over the last six years, she established the HR function at the firm to then transition into consulting. She works at the strategic level with clients implementing organisational transformation. She heads a multi-disciplinary team that provides change management services to clients, bringing together business, digital, data and people expertise.
Ms Ruggier is also Chairperson of the HR and Talent Thematic at the Malta Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Junior Achievement Young Enterprise (JAYE) Board of Directors.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master’s in Business Administration, as well as a postgraduate certificate from Cambridge on Digital Disruption.
Managing Partner George Gregory congratulated Ms Ruggier on her new role within RSM Malta, stating that, “Fabianne’s rise through the ranks of RSM since joining us six years ago is testament that the values we hold can truly lead to personal and professional growth.”
