Roseanne Grech, a veteran of the local human resources industry, has joined security company G4S’ Maltese branch as Head of HR.
Ms Grech announced her appointment on social media earlier this week.

Founded in 1901, G4S is one of the world’s leading integrated security companies, specialising in the provision of security services and solutions to customers.
The company is active in around 85 countries and employs about 533,000 workers.
The Head of HR joins G4S after an eight-month stint as HR Executive at Medilink International.
Before that, she served as HR and Admin Officer at RS2 Software for just under four years, as an Office Administrator for a year-and-a-half, and as a Customer Service Representative at the Malta International Airport for eight-and-a-half years.
Ms Grech is also in receipt of a Master of Science in Management, Human Resources Management / Personnel Administration from the University of Chester.
The book, Adrian Mizzi says, is 'a field manual on how to survive that without losing your mind.'
He cited destinations like Ibiza that successfully blend mass and high-end tourism.
Any attempt to introduce a four-day working week ‘must be done gradually,’ says Prof. Philip von Brockdorff.
His professional background spans legal, tax, compliance and regulatory advisory across multiple sectors.
