KDM Group has announced the appointment of John Bartolo as its new Group Chief Commercial Officer.

The appointment comes following Mr Bartolo’s tenure as Chief Commercial Officer at Securital, formerly G4S Malta, where he has served since August 2023. In his new position, he will take on a broader leadership role across KDM Group’s portfolio of businesses.

Mr Bartolo, who is “excited for the journey ahead,” brings commercial and managerial experience to the role, having built a career spanning several sectors in Malta. His professional background includes experience in business development, client relationship management, strategic planning, sales leadership and operational oversight.

In his new capacity, he will support the group’s commercial strategy, with a focus on fostering collaboration across its various business units, strengthening relationships with clients, and contributing to sustainable growth across the organisation.

Earlier in his career, Mr Bartolo worked as a Project Manager at Hudson Holdings, and he also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Malta.
