The Malta Business Network (MBN), a platform bringing together some of the country’s biggest names in business, is hosting a four-month mentorship programme for fresh graduates, young professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs.

Aptly titled the Next-Gen Programme, this initiative is bringing together nine Maltese and British professionals to mentor participants.

These include Atlas Insurance Managing Director and CEO Matthew von Brockdorff, BRND WGN Founder and CEO Peter Grech, AMANI Creator and Founder Deborah Webster, and Flamefinch Managing Partner David Walsh, amongst others.

From masterclasses to personalised roadmaps, mentors will be volunteering their time and expertise to guide selected candidates towards success.

The programme will allow participants to obtain the necessary advice to identify and master their own entrepreneurial spirit, thus allowing them to identify future opportunities.

Applications are open until 28th September 11:59pm UK time. The Next-Gen Programme will commence on 11th October.
