Nikki Calleja has taken to social media to announce that he will be starting a new position as Managing Director at Outreach Recruitment Agency.
Founded in 2022, this Paola-based start-up is made up of individuals with varied areas of expertise that have come together to help employers find the right people to join their teams.
Outreach Recruitment was founded by four Partners on a number of core values: integrity, respect, integration, and fairness.
Mr Calleja has held senior roles for just over two decades – most of which have been within the local and international catering and hospitality industries.
Prior to joining Outreach Recruitment Agency, Mr Calleja served as General Manager at Hotel Valentina in St Julian’s, as Operations Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in Edinburgh, and as Director of Food and Beverage at IHG in Malta.
