Prior to this role, he was the Senior Sales and Brand Manager at Alf. Mizzi & Sons (Marketing) Group. During his tenure, he led the sales and marketing departments in retail and foodservice and played a pivotal role in establishing the ‘Very Short Shelf Life’ department.

Mr Tabone holds a degree in hospitality management from the Institute of Tourism Studies (ITS) in Malta.

The company noted that with Mr Tabone’s “proven leadership and track record in the FMCG sector make him the ideal person to lead the group into the next phase of its growth.”
