Vladimiro Comodini has stepped down from his role at RSM Malta after more than 20 years with the firm, marking the close of a long chapter in his professional career and the start of a new advisory-focused venture.
Announcing the move in a LinkedIn post, Mr Comodini said he has retired from his role at RSM Malta as he turns the page to “a new chapter”, with 2026 set to bring a more balanced lifestyle while remaining professionally active.
“As we step into 2026, I’m looking forward to a more balanced lifestyle – one that allows me to pursue personal passions while continuing to share my experience through selective advisory work,” he said.
This next phase will see Mr Comodini offering advisory services through vladvisory, a newly launched venture focused on supporting boards and businesses as they navigate governance, transformation and strategic challenges. He noted that while the format of his work is changing, his mission remains the same, with an emphasis on flexibility and focus.
Mr Comodini brings over 30 years of experience across advisory, accounting and IT, having worked extensively with clients in financial services, remote gaming, family businesses and start-ups.
During his tenure at RSM Malta, he held senior leadership roles and was recognised for driving business growth, leading multidisciplinary teams, and advising on governance, risk, compliance and strategic transformation.
His professional track record includes supporting clients with capital raising, regulatory licensing and complex restructuring, as well as implementing robust accounting systems and internal controls. He is also known for his ability to navigate evolving regulatory landscapes while building long-term client relationships grounded in integrity and technical excellence.
Concluding his announcement, Mr Comodini thanked colleagues, clients and partners who have been part of his journey, expressing optimism for the opportunities ahead and the chance to continue contributing meaningfully through his new advisory platform.
The issue, he argues, lies in how professional life continues to be structured as if parenting does not exist.
This role requires him to serve as the founding strategic leader of the newly established centre.
Thomas Agius Ferrante will focused on strengthening The Xara Collection as one of Malta’s most known hospitality companies.
Andrew Hogg is also Executive Director at The BrewHouse Malta.
