CEO Fabio Muscat has announced NinetySix Real Estate as the latest addition to Ozo Group.

“We felt that we had something new to offer, bringing a new breed of real estate services to the market in which we strive to be the best, not the biggest,” he wrote in a post announcing the news on social media.

The new service offering is just in the group’s impressive repertoire, which includes outsourcing personnel to the hospitality, care, manufacturing and security industries, and specialised cleaning services for aircraft and hospitals, among others.

NinetySix Real Estate “was formed to help prospective clients successfully buy, sell, let or rent property across Malta & Gozo”, and, according to the Malta Business Registry, the company was incorporated in January 2021.

Among the services offered by the new venture are sales and letting; specialised commercial sales and leasing; maintenance and property management; property development and project management assistance; a cutting-edge software system, and an automated notification system informing potential clients of suitable properties on request.

Finding its roots in 1996, Ozo Group has gone from strength to strength, and now employs over 3,000 employees across the group.
