Tryfon Tseriotis Ltd has announced the appointment of Alexander Mizzi as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

The company, focusing on distribution and marketing of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) in the Cypriot market, shared the news on LinkedIn, expressing enthusiasm for this new chapter under Mr Mizzi’s leadership.

In a statement, the company said: “We are pleased to announce and warmly welcome Alexander Mizzi as the new CEO of Tryfon Tseriotis Ltd. His leadership and strategic insights will undoubtedly guide us into an exciting new chapter of growth and success. We are excited to embark on this journey together and look forward to achieving great things under his guidance. Please join us in giving [Mr Mizzi] a warm welcome!”

Mr Mizzi brings a diverse background in finance, data curation, and marketing to his new role. His career journey began with a Bachelor of Science from Newcastle University, followed by a Financial Advisory Internship at PwC Malta. He later worked as a Data Curator at Curation Corporation for seven months.

He later joined Deloitte UK as an Assistant Manager, a role he held for four years and six months. Mr Mizzi then took on the role of Assistant Group Accountant at Alf Mizzi & Sons Ltd.

His transition into the FMCG industry came when he joined Alf Mizzi & Sons Marketing Group (AMSM), first as a Brand Manager and later as a Sales & Marketing Manager.
