Zebbug-based multidisciplinary professional services firm NOUV has promoted Kurt Vella to Head of Corporate Services.

Founded in 2008, the company helps its clients achieve their business goals by offering a wide array of services, such as accountancy, auditing, business advisory, and commercial legal services, amongst other things.

Mr Vella joined NOUV as a Corporate Manager back in December 2020, wherein he was tasked with ensuring that all clients’ governance requirements are being met in a timely and efficient manner. After just over a year-and-a-half in said role, Mr Vella was promoted to Head of Corporate Services.

Before joining the Zebbug company, Mr Vella built up a wealth of experience serving in similar roles at a variety of companies around Malta. His previous positions include Corporate Services Executive at WH Partners, Corporate Services Senior Officer at Alter Domus, and Director at The Maltese Gallery.

Earlier on in his career he also served as Managing Director at Vell-U Foods.

Amongst other academic qualifications, Mr Vella holds a Diploma in Corporate Governance from The Corporate Governance Institute, an Award in Company Law Fundamentals from 21 Academy, a Diploma in Operations and Compliance in Financial Services from MITC, and a Professional Banker Diploma in Financial Crime, AML, and Risk from the Institute of Financial Services Malta.
